Ingredients
1.5 scoops MuscleXP 100% Whey Isolate – Double Rich Chocolate
1 Tsp vanilla extract
¼ Tsp baking soda
¼ Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp stevia
2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp chia seeds
¾ Cup oat flour
½ Cup walnut pieces
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
½ Cup of unsweetened apple sauce
¾ Cup non-fat Greek yogurt
½ Cup egg whites
2 Cups canned pumpkin
Preparation
- Combine ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour batter into sprayed muffin tin.
- Top each muffin with additional walnut pieced and coconut flakes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
