1 scoop MuscleXP 100% Whey Protein – Double Rich Chocolate
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
2 Tbsp Whole Flax Seeds
Stevia to taste
Greek Yogurt
Preparation
- Mix egg whites, protein, flax and stevia together (if too thick add
- 1-2 Tbsp of Almond milk).
- Pour a spoonful of batter onto a non-stick pan and spread thinly.
- Cook on med to low heat.
- Add Greek yogurt to middle of crepe and fold
